Now that you are familiar with Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation, it is time to reflect upon these and to determine what level of evaluation your organization currently undertakes, and what kinds of measures you could take to become more thorough and effective in evaluating your workplace education efforts.

To make sure that you have a firm grasp of Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation, take a few minutes to complete the following exercise on the next page. On the list of metrics (things being measured) , select from the radio buttons what level of evaluation (1 through 4) you think is being attempted. You can then submit your answers and see how you did.
