OBJECTIVES

Having worked your way through the first two stages of this site, you should now have an understanding of the two main concepts of this site: the benefits of higher-level workplace education evaluation and Understanding the Balanced Scorecard to measuring organizational performance. The key is to connect these two concepts so that workplace education strategy is fully aligned with organizational strategy as laid out in the Balanced Scorecard.
